Teresa was fabulous throughout the whole process of selling our property. It began by her helping us set a realistic sale price, which led to a quick purchase and sale agreement. After that, she was in communication with us any time there was something we needed to address before closing date, and she took time to explain details along the way. She also went out of her way to meet up with repair people at the property on our behalf on more than one occasion. Virtually all legal documents were handled electronically (and securely), which made things that much more convenient. Overall, we had a stellar experience - Teresa is a true expert and we are very grateful to have worked with her!

Teresa listed our Stowe condo, put it under contract, also put a home in Waterbury
under contract as our buyer representative. We knew it would difficult to close on
both the same day but with cooperation from the buyer of our condo and his agent,
seller of our new home and, of course, banks, it happened! We feel extremely lucky,
happy and content. We thank you for all of your hard work and help throughout the
house buying and selling process. You are very much appreciated and I miss our
daily phone conversations...sort of.
